Looking for a unique Springfield setting for your event? The Brinkerhoff Home affords you the opportunity to share a distinctive occasion with friends, family, or business associates in a warm but elegant atmosphere. If you are planning a special event and desire a gracious setting, the Home allows for intimate as well as festive gatherings. This beautifully restored mansion with its warm woodwork and oriental carpets lends itself to receptions and parties where guests, business clients and associates will be made to feel significant. Five large rooms offer adequate space for up to 125 guests while still offering intimacy in the individual rooms. The modern, caterer-friendly kitchen easily serves as the prep area for events requiring professional catering services. As a not-for-profit organization, we are able to keep our rental rates very competitive:

An additional charge will be imposed for functions lasting over four hours.

Minimum rental is $300.  There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.
