Experience a step back in Springfield’s history when you visit this beautifully restored Italianate Victorian mansion located at 1500 N. Fifth Street on the campus of Springfield College – Benedictine University.  Originally constructed in 1869 and designed by the noted architect Elijah Myers, the Brinkerhoff Home is a focal point of the college campus and Springfield’s north side.  This elegant home is available for rental purposes such as weddings, formal and informal receptions, meetings and private parties.
